TV Veldhoven is looking for volunteers to help guide our youth during league matches and/or tournaments.
Our table tennis club has existed since November 1975, and since 1986 we have played in our beautiful, professional, and welcoming facility on Burgemeester Van Hoofflaan 147, right in the center of Veldhoven.
Our accommodation is perfectly maintained in consultation with the municipality. Especially in these times of high energy costs, think of the sustainability improvements made to our playing hall! Many volunteers from our maintenance team work almost daily to improve our space.
TTV Veldhoven aims to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy table tennis, both competitively and recreationally. TTV Veldhoven is a well‑known name in the table tennis world and nationally recognized thanks to the successes of our top players. For many years, the club competed at the highest level with both men and women, even playing in the European Cup several times. Some well‑known names include Jorg de Cock, Ellen Ras, Marco Bottram, Iljana Dimitrova, Martijn van de Leur, Davy Vanvinckenroye, and Chris Tournelle.
At the moment, we are experiencing explosive growth in our youth membership — something we are of course very happy about! But this exceptional growth also brings many challenges in keeping everything running smoothly.
For our youth (ages 6–17), we are immediately looking for sporty, enthusiastic volunteers who want to work together with our club coach and trainers to guide and motivate young players, organize various activities, and regularly attend matches. The youth are the future of our club, and TTV Veldhoven is eager to invest in them so they can enjoy sports at a level tailored as much as possible to each individual member.
What TTV Veldhoven offers:
TTV Veldhoven will support volunteers with training courses that lead to an official youth supervisor certification. The costs for these courses are covered by the club.
