Sometimes comments or actions are made without bad intentions, yet they can still feel uncomfortable. If something feels unpleasant to you, that matters. At TTV Veldhoven, we believe it is essential that everyone feels safe and respected. That’s why we ask you to speak up if you have experienced something within the club that felt inappropriate or crossed your boundaries.
We understand that this is not always easy. It can feel daunting to approach someone from the club leadership about such matters. That is why we have a confidential advisor: someone who listens, thinks along with you, and treats your story with complete discretion. Together, you can discuss what happened and consider what steps, if any, might be appropriate.
In this way, as a committed and sports‑minded association, we ensure that everyone feels seen and heard, and that we continue to create a safe environment for all our members.
